It's our goal to fulfill and ship orders as quickly as possible.

We recommend placing your order at least 3 weeks ahead of time should you need this order for a specific event or time sensitive arrival.

Please know that we cannot guarantee the date of delivery once shipped.

Once the order has been placed, we would recommend emailing our customer experience team immediately at info@taprm.com so our CX team can keep you updated with tracking and order information.

After your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to yours tracking. If you have not received this confirmation email, or are having issues retrieving the information, please contact us at info@taprm.com, and we will provide further assistance.

From the moment you enter our website through the delivery of your order, and beyond, our team is here to help you. Please send any inquiries or issues to our Customer Experience team at info@taprm.com. We request any after delivery issues be brought to our attention within 3 days of delivery.

You must be 21+ to shop with us. Anyone accepting a delivery must present a valid form of ID showing that they are 21+ for the order to be released upon delivery.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@taprm.com immediately. This allows for the best chance of adjusting your order before it has been fulfilled. Our team works to pick, pack, and ship orders as quickly and efficiently as possible so adjustments can only be made within a short amount of time before fulfillment.

Please Note: If a change or cancellation request is made after the order has been fulfilled, a $20 service fee may be incurred.

Please be sure to check that the delivery address is correct, and that someone 21+ (with verifiable ID) will be available to accept delivery upon arrival as it will greatly reduce the need for order adjustments.
